Ayala Malls The 30th
Ayala Malls constructed and oversees the operation of The 30th, formerly known as Paradigm. It is the first Ayala Mall in Pasig and Ortigas Center, and the first Ayala Mall Mariana Zobel De Ayala will be in charge of. On January 12, 2017, the shopping center opened.
The mall was given the moniker “The 30th” because its address is 30 Meralco Avenue.
