Sta. Lucia Parish Mass Schedule
One of the oldest encomiendas in the Philippines was this town. According to legend, the encomiendas already established a monastery with two priests to care for 3,600 souls in 1591. Later in 1671, it was given official parish status under the protection of Saint Lucy, whose feast day is observed on the thirteenth of December.
