Metro Central Mall Laguna

The Laguna Metro Central Mall will stand alone as a destination. The new commercial area will contain outdoor eateries, boutiques, and pop-up businesses open until late at night when the temperature is much cooler, in contrast to the standalone malls around rural neighborhoods. The first commercial and hospitality development with a mix of uses in Sta. Cruz, Laguna is a rapidly expanding commercial and tourist destination southeast of Metro Manila. The Laguna Metro Central Mall, the project’s first phase, is a three-story shopping center including a bazaar area, a grocery store, a department store, and an activity center.
The community will come together at the activity center for small concerts and other open social gatherings. Travelers visiting Pagsanjan Falls and other well-known Laguna attractions can make a pit stop at the mall to relax after a long drive or to pick up necessities they forgot to pack. These stopovers can soon become overnight stays. The second stage of the project will see the construction of a bus station and a 60-bed business hotel that will serve both residents and visitors.
