Century City Mall

The mall was under construction in 2013 and was previously scheduled to open in the fourth quarter. By July 2013, painting projects for the mall’s inside, exterior, and roof were essentially finished, barring a few minor details. The mall’s communal rooms now have tiles placed and the elevators are operational. The leasing spaces were handed up to the tenants in June in preparation for fit-out work that would be finished by January 2014. The mall was merely in need of cleaning when this time period began. During that time, the mall’s generator sets and CCTVs were tested.
