Ayala Center Cebu
The Philippines’ Cebu Business Park is home to the sizable Ayala Center Cebu, which is owned by Ayala Malls. The Ayala mall is the first one outside of Metro Manila. One year after their rival mall, SM City Cebu, debuted, it opened in November 1994. Before Ayala Malls Serin opened in March 2015, it was the only Ayala Mall to include the term Ayala in its name for more than 20 years.
Ayala Center Cebu is the focal point of the Cebu Business Park Complex, drawing over 85,000 visitors on average every day and 135,000 on weekends.
