The largest mall manager in the Philippines, SM Prime Holdings, is the owner and operator of SM City Consolacion, also known as SM Lacion among the local community. After SM City Cebu, SM City Iloilo, and SM City Bacolod, it is the second SM Supermall in the province of Cebu and the fourth SM Supermall in the Visayas Region.
