Dr. Kong SM Fairview

SM City Fairview is a part of the triplets of SM malls created by Palafox and Associates. SM used this idea in 1997, at the height of the Asian financial crisis, to construct three malls in various locations using the same design. The mall’s interior and exterior appearance are therefore comparable to those of SM City Bacoor and SM City Iloilo. The shopping center debuted on October 25, 1997, and three additions were made in 2004, 2009, and 2019. An outdoor parking lot and a rectangular-shaped building make up the mall’s initial structure. Point Design and JRP Design Inc. created the designs for later annex projects and restorations.
