U. P. Town Center Mall

The University of the Philippines Town Center, commonly known as the U.P. Town Center abbreviated as UPTC is a shopping center in Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines, managed by the Ayala Malls group. It opened on September 30, 2013.
The University of the Philippines granted Ayala Land a 25-year lease agreement to develop the 7.4 ha (18 acres) property that is a part of the university’s campus into a shopping mall complex. The U.P. formerly stood on the property. Under the University of the Philippines Diliman, there is an Integrated School. The lot’s existing trees were left alone, and 40% of the area is classified as open space.
