Although we are physically located in a tiny town, in our opinion, we are world-class in every way, from our immaculate building to our superior American-made commercial equipment to our courteous and professional personnel. Without a doubt, our gym is the greatest in southern Cebu. We have all the necessary cardio (a treadmill, stationary cycle, elliptical, and stair stepper) and strength training (both machine and free weight) equipment (both selectorized and plate loaded).
